Detailed Tasks:
Policies
-Maintain procedures in compliance with NCR policies
Service Order Management
-Perform Pre-Billing Verification process
-Request and track suspended CFS/D1 contracts
-Submit cancellations for twilight or discontinued products
-Administer warranty process (initial equipment file and contract requirements, expirations)
-Price Quotes (uplifts, discounts, bill frequency, header adj., site pricing, and zone uplifts)
-Resolve A/R issues as related to maintenance billing
-Resolve invoicing discrepancies
-Receive CS service information from the customer and submit to the Billing Operations Center
-Additions and correction of master customer numbers and site number alignments
-Review legal agreement for completeness of Terms & Conditions for maintenance billing
-Review CFS/D1 contract/quote for completeness in compliance with the legal agreement
-Verify and communicate invoice preferences to the BOC per the customer
-Develop and maintain CAMMs (Customer Advocate Mini Manuals)
-Adherence to the corporate cancellation process (obtain proper approvals)
-Research and create site codes / For Use At #’s (FUA)
-Support of Accenture SCA/AR
-CA attend to SCA/AR concerns and issues on an customer account.
Archiving, Records Retention and Audit Support
-Provide archiving and records retention in accordance with NCR policies and NCR practices.
-Provide internal and external audit support as requested |
