Report to: Senior Planner
Job Grading:
Key Result Areas
熟悉进口流程,有QA经验.
Inventory Management
–Ensure the purchase of Mattel Toy products and Licensed Products are in line with Financial Plan/Forecast
–Ensure the Days of Supply are in line with Planned Inventory Target (days and value set by Mattel Inc) and sufficient to meet Marketing and Sales Plans.
–Co-ordinate with Logistics Analyst/Mattel Operations division/Licensees (Suppliers) to ensure shipments are arranged in time to meet Sales and Marketing Plan
–Conduct Inventory Review Meeting with Merchandising, Marketing and Store Operations on regular basis
Purchase Order Management
-Once Merchandising confirmed products to be ranged. Release Purchase Orders in time to meet product launch date
-Work with Mattel US Marketing and HOBS Marketing to ensure Demand are loaded and Avail are in time to meet Marketing and Sales Plan
-Communicate with Licensees (Suppliers) to ensure they follow the HOBS shipping instructions and products meet the statutory requirements (HS code provided) before they are shipped
-Monitor Suppliers’ performance and work with Merchandising for improvements if required
-Update Licensing Product Avail on Raymark and communicate to Logistics Analyst, Merchandising, Marketing and Store Operations Manager if any changes of Avail
-Issue Purchase Orders for items required by store and inventory required in the café and ensure the stock arrive in time
Report Management
-Prepare and submit Inventory Reports to meet Corporate Requirements on regular and as needed basis
-Co-ordinate with MAPS/Licensing CPI to ensure test reports are received in time and uploaded to share website
Quality Assurance
-Ensure all products meet statutory requirements. Products requiring 3C testing are tested and approved, meeting the 3C packaging requirements before they are shipped
-Manage the CIQ process
Administrative Duties
- Co-ordinate the value added jobs required by Merchandising
Qualification
Good communication skills including fluent spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
Good people’s skills – reliable and able to work with people with different backgrounds
Self-starter
Attention to detail
University Degree in Logistics or Business Administration
Excellent computer skills (Microsoft – Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access)
At least 3 years experience in retail business |
