| 职位描述： |
汇报对象：老外
要求：４年左右空运操作经验，英语流利。
职责说明（Job Description）:
1) Facilitate and control the development of export activities in cooperation with the individual BMs and Sha ZA to strategic markets and for strategic accounts.
2) Create awareness of and attract attention to K+N’s Central China airfreight organization by active marketing and promotions supported by competitive rates (in cooperation with SHA Team).
3) Act as “go-to-person” for K+N overseas on requests for regular business. Assure pricing, follow up and conclusion/implementation of business.
4) KN Airfreight Product Development and Training all China
5) Acquire and maintain sufficient local knowledge about individual market particulars to distingue product requirements and pricing differences.
6) Identify and promote target lanes where K+N has (or can achieve through investments) competitive advantages.
7) Support local sales in Central China region by actively participating in sales to strategic lanes or clients.
8) Control RFQ pricing for the Central China region in cooperation with Sha ZA-B and Sha ZA.
9) Ensure tariff pricing is up to date and competitive.
10) Monitor lane profitability.
11) Travel regularly on CST (minimum twice per year) to targeted countries actively to participate in selling and concluding business from Central China.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
Identification and implementation of promotional programs and necessary operational set-ups for specific industry products (e.g. retail, perishables, high-tech etc).
Basic Requirement：
1) Undergraduate.
2) Have a good command of both spoken & written English.
3) Good at Microsoft Word, PPT, Excel.
4) 4-5 years working experience of Airfreight.
5) Knowledge of K+N Airfreight, good communication skills, innovative and persistent.
6) Excellent team player, problem solver, fast learning, has responsibility. |
